Joe Foglia is the owner of Foglia Builders. Joe is from Pittsburgh, born and raised. He attended North Catholic for 1984 to 1986. From there, he graduated from Northgate High School in 1988. Joe served in the Air National Guard from 1988 to 1996. With over twenty years of experience, he decided to start his own roofing business. Joe is a hard-working force in the roofing industry and uses his honesty to guide him in his work. He is inspired daily by God and his family.

Stacey Foglia is the President of Foglia Builders. Stacey graduated from Fox Chapel High School in 1992. Growing up, she was surrounded by a family of business owners. This represents her business background. She has always been a leader, which is shown through her establishment of Foglia Builders. Stacey and Joe got married in 1998. From there, Stacey started a family with Joe. She always goes above and beyond for her family and the business.

Gianna Foglia is the daughter of Stacey and Joe Foglia. Gianna graduated from Springdale High School in 2019. In 2023, she graduated from Penn State (New Kensington) University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She works hand-in-hand with her parents to maintain Foglia Builders success. Gianna is known for her extraordinary organization and professional communication, which is demonstrated in the office of Foglia Builders.

Ed Perlebach is a Sales Representative for Foglia Builders. He graduated from Northgate High School in 1992. Ed and Joe have been life-long friends, and they have worked together since 2008. Ed has worked with Foglia Builders since the beginning. He is a trustworthy, ambitious, and easy-going salesman. Family is everything to Ed. He is a genuinely good person with even greater values.

Nick Lefcakis is a Sales Representative for Foglia Builders. He graduated from Northgate High School in 1988. Nick went to Delaware Valley College from 1988 to 1989, studying business. He also attended culinary school from 1991 to 1993. Nick and Joe have been friends for 40+ years. Nick joined Foglia Builders in 2020. He represents the accountability in our business. When he is not selling roofing, he is a chef part-time. He has culinary experience at William Penn Hotel and Dick’s Sporting Goods Headquarters. He has so much love for cooking, and his wife.

Marcia Guaitolini is the crew leader of Foglia Builders. Marcia grew up in Brazil, and she came to the United States in 2002. She started her roofing career in Florida. From there, she worked her way up the East Coast, working in many states. Marcia has been consistently working with Foglia Builders since 2015. Marcia is known for her strong personality as a woman in a male-dominant industry.
